   Thank you Malka. I had never realised there was a Preview on here. I still think a Sticky would be good as I can nevef remember where I read the instructions when I need them.

   You have to click on the grey box marked "More Options" before "Preview" comes up. I think I just learned where things were by trial and error - probably making many errors in the process!
