Is my dog a malinois? Questions

We recently adopted this girl they said she is a malinois but we aren't sure any ideas

Your girl does look very much like a Malinois but at 16 months old I would have expected a more defined mask, and both ears erect. Have a look at the two photos on http://www.breedia.com/dogs/belgian-shepherd-dog-malinois

I would guess at her not being 100% Malinois, though that is the breed she most resembles. Perhaps there is some GSD in there? She is a good looking dog though, I hope you have a great life together.

I agree looking at head and ears i would say she has Gsd in her.

I have a similar question. I found a dog, and i think he looks like a black belgian shepherd.

but quite possibly not pure-bred.

Maybe he is a Malinois mix. He is similar smart like a Malinois. I throw anything, he brings it to me, he likes play with frisbee, always jumps, catch it, He learns easy and he has many many energy, always wants to play.

He is at my workplace now, i found him there.
I want to find a new home to him.
