My jack attached to a beagle at play time!!! General Chat

my boy rex, 11 months, loves to play with all dogs, but there is a male beagle that he likes to play with more then the rest. it dosen't matter how many dogs are in the pen, if this beagle is there, my boy only wants to play with him, and they play fight together for long periods

every time we meet the beagle again, my rex seems to remember him, and he only wants to play with him

is there any reason for this????

Just like ourselves, they make friends and prefer meeting them to strangers.

Dogs, just like all intelligent animals (humans included) will make and keep friends throughout their lifetime. My last dog, a Labrakita, had a two Beabulls that he loved and adored up until the day he died.
