Thank you. A lady actually stopped her car just so she could say hello on our walk yesterday and take a picture.

Glad I (he) can help. My philosophy is, if you can make someone smile there's more chance of them going on to make another person smile. And if that continues then, indirectly you've cheered loads of people up. And that makes for a more positive and happy world, which can't be a bad thing in the current climate?

Umm - I do not have any £'s so would a 200 shekel note do for some cuddles? [That is ~£43.50 at the current rate of exchange]

Yea that would be fine. I've never been to Israel before so it would be an adventure for me and The Little Man!

I hope Mr. Bronson appreciated it, and didn't get ideas above his station.
Is this the castle near Cardiff with the peacocks?

He did enjoy it yea. Learning his boundaries with other dogs and people. And Its not in Cardiff no, but not far away though. It's Cyfarthfa Park, Merthyr Tydfil. Do you know where Merthyr is?

No, have never got as far as Merthyr. I have been in the Newport/Cardiff area, and to Builth Wells - for dog shows, as you can probably guess. I am sorry that the Kennel Club site sharing deal with Chepstow racecourse has fallen through - I think I would like Chepstow.

I have to admit that my only visit to Wales was a few days stay with friends who had moved to Fishguard, although they did drive me around to see various beauty spots while I was there.

But to be honest there are so many places in England I never visited, and only brief trips to Scotland many years earlier, my knowledge is really limited. I have probably missed out on so many beautiful places but then there are so many places in this small country that I have not been to, and now never will.

I'm the same with Wales. I've lived here (nearly) all my life and there are lots of places I haven't been to.

And why not? I would hate to travel with my dog being consigned to a cold, noisy hold. He looks a little large to sit on a knee, I presume that his seat was paid for.
