    Pomeranian Puppy Training

my husband finally broke down and let me get a Pom puppy. She has been excellent so far. She just turned 12 weeks and I have had her since she was 9 weeks old. She has already mastered some simple commands such as sit, lay and shake. She is crate trained and does excellent with no accidents. The only issue I seem to be having is regarding house breaking. I am not using puppy pads and she will go out and do her business but it seems like she is having more accidents than i anticipated. I take her out every 20-30 minutes and I still catch her starting to dribble on my floor. Is there any suggestions what I can do to help her better learn the house is not her potty. I've also noticed she is extremely attached to me and is always eager to please but when it comes to my husband or two girls is much more of a handful. I'm new to the puppy experience so any tips are appreciated!

Start by giving pup a toilet command can be anything you want, then praise pup once she as gone toilet.
Then taking her out every 10 minutes give toilet command
Take pup out as soon as she wakes up
Take pup out after she has eaten
