Is anyone else having problems accessing Facebook today? It's been down all day for me so wondering if it's my connection or the site is down

I do not do FB or Twittles or any of those things, but I have just checked the newspapers and nothing has mentioned them being down.

So sorry Chris but I cannot help you.

I've just checked, and was able to access my pathetically small number of friends with no problem.

Am I the only one who does not do those things then?

My Facebook's working without any problems. I only use it for the Shar-Pei and Mini Schnauzer groups and to keep in touch with friends and relations who live overseas.

Sorry about that Chris - I think you probably need it whereas I do not.

Mine has been OK today.
When I have had problems accessing in the past, I have waited for an email notification, and logged in from that. I'm sure there are better methods, but I'm an internet Dumbo.

Mine was fine this afternoon but won't load up now. Can access my messages from the messenger link but my main page won't load.

I shall check mine now......

....still OK.

Just googled it, and it looks as if some people are having problem. A question which was asked was, are you using Chrome?

Still OK. My page and the sites I frequent. I use Chrome too.

Yep, Chrome wasn't talking to Facebook. I ended up (after doing a full clean up on the system) deleting all browsing history on Chrome and then it let me use it again. Used to get a problem all the time with Yahoo. First time with Chrome.

I did get around it in the interim by using Yahoo which worked fine. Go figure.

And they say it's easier using computers. Who are they kidding?
