Hi everybody Hooked up with some new friends today (people and dogs) for a lovely walk at the Hermitage in Dunkeld. Looks like it's going to be a regular thing which is nice First time Willow has ever met other Wolfhounds (since she left her little mates) and she took it all in her stride. Next meet - the beach Willow & friends. by Phil Jerrard-Dinn, on Flickr
What a lovely gathering. I'm sure dogs do know their own breed, I bet Willow enjoyed it as much as you did.
It was a lovely walk Carole. First time for her in a pack (other than my own) and she did so well. Looking forward to the next walk - at the beach.
At the rate she is growing Willow will soon be as tall as you Phil! I am really looking forward to pictures from the next walk at the beach.
Incidentally, is that your daughter with you Phil? I cannot remember if you have two of each although I know your youngest two are both boys. I think. Your two-legged ones, I mean, not the four-leggeds!
How time flies. I remember that photo you posted on Dogsey when Jamie was born, and Skye was laying beside his crib - at least I think it was a crib - and you said something about the old fellow wondering why this one was so quiet. But of course by then he was deaf. I still miss Skye - I loved his beautiful face.
Nah - Fiona is pretty and I cannot say the same for you! But it is a lovely picture - thank you for sharing it with us.
