Hi I've said I'd help my friend find an ethical breeder of the British Bulldog as they are in a position to get a puppy. I've tried the rescue route but she is very specific about the breed and when she gets it. So, any advice, suggestions, recommendations please? Thanks
The first thing your friends needs to know, if she contacts any reputable breeders of "Bulldogs" is not to call them "British Bulldogs" , its a bit liek calling a Irish Setter and Red setter, tends to set breeders off on the " you dont even know the correct name " of the breed. Cant recommend anyone (dont know anyone) but contact the breed club, If you do you will see they are called "Bulldogs" nothing added before or after, or go to the Kennel club site, Good luck Love the breed.
dont know if anyone watched gordon ramsay xmas program, but i loved his bulldog - looked like a very healthy dog.
