    Frenchie Flem

    Hi All

Our baby is suffering from allergies. He has seen 12 vets and we have been trying all sorts of things.
We came to realization that it must be something in the environment.
He gets a rash and itches. But we kind of have it under control now.

But lately he has very bad flem. If he was a human, it sounds like he has a post nasal drip. He does this gag thing to get the flem out. And also sometimes throws up and it's waterline, but slimey consistency.
It sounds like he is struggling to breathe because of the flem.
I'm writing this because it's like he comes up to me at night to say, help me.

The other problem we have is, we have a toddler and a almost walking baby and they feed him all the time and it's impossible to keep them apart because they are always snacking and our frenchie is part of the family, he is an indoor dog and if I had to seperate them, it will cause him to be outside all the time.

I'm not sure if this is what's causing the flem.

    Any advice?

Skin problems are common in FB's, especially the dilute colours. Re. his nasal problem, has your Frenchie been checked for BOAS?

Maybe we should get the vet to check for us. Do you think that might be the problem too?
