Last Thursday we video the hooligans birthday party, my nephew as managed to get 5 decent photo's off the video, other photos are blurry, now I came to put them up & it keeps saying unknown format, use J-peg ? the video & photos taken off it are all in hi-max so how do I swap from hi-max to J-peg
I don't know what hi-max is Tina. What do the files end with? For them to be valid image files the server will accept, they must end with either .jpeg or .jpg
Just says hi-max the video camera records straight to dvd the disc goes in video cam & then plays straight to tv, can't get it to play on computer at all keeps popping up change to J-peg.
I'm not sure Tina, can you look in the manual to see how to convert to jpeg? If not might be worth sending their support dept an email
