Bullyson 2xw 50lbs brother to Eli Jr though he had man aggressive tendencies he was handled fairly well without incident.

I will say that Eli is the father of a good number of strains just as Dibo before him though he isn't nearly as prominent as Dibo he is still seen in a great many lines. These lines founded primarily through the progeny of Eli Jr, Bullyson & their sister Brendy. Perhaps if he wasn't stolen he would have even more progeny.

Carver stood on his pride and did wrong by Bullyson at the end.

Certainly, even the pit fighting dogs are typically very people oriented. Here is another.

He was stolen while on John Cotton's yard. I have a magazine the cover photo is Eli, shortly before he was stolen. I had Boudreaux autograph it for me.

Bolio was stolen from Indian Sonny by Patrick's close friend, after he bit a child he was sent to Patrick himself.

I think a lot of dogs were done that way. Jeff was lost due to a simple roll which is ridiculous imo. Letting ego surpass common sense. There were others too.
Bullyson particularly Red should have paid the forfeit. He wasn't in the best shape and giving up 4lbs. His son was fit, younger & larger.

The thing I find amazing is at the end of the day and you find your big mutt sleeping between the sheets, belly up and a big mellow smile on his face...before he cuts the cheese bad enough to clear the room. THIS is the dog that people are terrified enough enact laws prohibiting them...they just have no idea ya know?
If intestinal fortitude was a legal sanction that would eliminate a big part of the human male population yes? Just goes to show how ridiculous BSL is. They are just dogs, nothing more, nothing less.

I know I could hardly fathom anyone fearing them. It's hard for me to see what those people see. I really don't get it.
I think bully breeds have some of the worse stank lol.
