    Jumping

    Hi!
I need some suggestions on my Springer cross as she is jumping a lot and we don’t know how to stop her, although me and my family owning dogs for years we have not had a dog like this before, she is a lot more active compared to my previous springer, we take her for three mile walks every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We have successfully trained her to sit, stay and shake but no matter what we try she has not learned to stop jumping. Recently we started to put are hand in front of her nose to stop her from jumping any further, so far it doesn’t seem to be doing anything and I’m not keen on doing this as it does hurt her noes and I never want my dogs in pain, especially Bonnie as she has had a bad breeder.
    I’m open to ANY suggestions.
