Malu has this black lining around his eyes, is it normal for ACD’s to have this color scheme in the face?
Is this puppy KC registered? If so, I would mention your concerns to his breeder. He is sweet puppy, and I'm no expert, but his ears don't look as if they are likely to stand.
I figured it out, since his dad is chocolate and his mom is blue, he carries some of the blue gene and his mouth is greyish
