A good diet, good grooming regime, fish once a week (omega 3 oils  ) and an egg each a week

A dog who is happy and healthy on the inside will shine on the outside

I breed and show whippets and i have found that the best thing for putting a shine on there coats is a bit of cod liver oil in there food only about a teaspoon full, i also have my dogs on conditioning tablets, the combination seems to work really well.

    Margarine in their food
I noticed a huge difference after about a month and when I spoke to a vet about it he said its the way fats like that are utilised which helps the coat and skin condition. Their coats feel lovely to touch as well as looking great

I give my crew about a tablespoon full each per day, [ melted ], for my larger BCs, and smaller amounts for the littler ones

Tin of sardines in sunflower oil shared with the cat once a week, usually on a Friday:grin: I drain the oil off but there's plenty left on the fish.
