My dog skin on the inside of her back legs is turning a deep black and he is losing hair. I only just noticed this last night.
This is most likely to be related to hormone levels. I would have a word with the vet, who may need to do a blood test to diagnose.
One of my fawn Pugs has much darker skin on her inner thighs, I just assumed it to be maturity. She isn't losing hair though but it's very sparse there.
