    What can only be done for those who cannot help themselves and what will give them an almost normal life. That puppy looks so very happy, do you know if he was born like that?

    But I am like Carole, not knowing whether we triy too hard when there are so many AB pups desperately needing new homes.

    But then what if someone said that about me? Without my wheels and my crutches - what would I be? You see I am not a dog - at least I do not think I am - and I am fully aware or my disabilities and why I need my wheels etc.

    What does that little puppy know, and for how long can he/she live a normal dog life?

    At the moment, cute, yes. But in the future? Even the basic cost of keeping that cute puppy mobile. Ach, I know that what I see is cute, but I also know what the future will probably hold for that cute little puppy.

    I am not good at explaining what I mean and being a wheelie maybe I have no right to even try. But no, I would not do such a thing to a pup. The same as I got my vet to give my beloved Pereg peace when I knew she had had enough.

    Pretty pictures. Cute puppy.. But a normal dog life? No. No way. And I do not care if anyone disagrees with me.

    Again, mixed feelings. But I do know if I had a pup like that, I would want do everything to save it and give it as good a life as possible. It looks as if it's with someone who cares enough to want to help.

    Mixed feelings Janet. Been there, done that, and in the end gave my girl peace, even though I cared so much for her and did everything possible to help her.

    The thing is that at the moment that lovely pup is with someone who cares enough to want to help. But. For now with a cute pup? Of course you, and I, would, give it as good a life as possible.

    But what about the future?

    Because pretty little puppies grow up and sometimes are not so pretty.
