    GSD and fast food windows

Anyone having trouble taking their GSD through a fast food window? I do.
Max acts like he wants to eat the attendants. They don’t like it and I hate it. Has anyone here in Breedia ever cured this “My chew toy in the window” puzzle? Suggestions, comments, etc.
From an old movie——“What we have here is a failure to communicate.”

Best solution is to get a good dog guard.

Worked in fast food for ages. Never once saw a dog... People don't do that here at all. Just not taking the dog through the windows doesn't seem that hard?

The ones designed for a specific model, they fit just right and don't have gaps at the side they are more expensive than the one size fits all but much sturdier.
I’ve had cheap ones but the dogs just pushed them aside, or got heads stuck in-between the bars.
Crates are also good depending on vehicle.

I hope I don’t have to get one (restraint). I hope I can calm him down and take him anywhere. It’s going to take a LOT of patience and LOTS of time with our trainer.
    Wish me luck.

Nothing wrong with restraining dogs in cars for safety reasons, our Highway Code states: When in a vehicle make sure dogs or other animals are suitably restrained.
The idea of my 75lb + Gsd hitting my seat at high speed or going through the wind screen doesn't bear thinking about.

    Why restrain your dog

I always belt myself up. I should restrain my gsd too. Never really thought about it, but better safe than sorry.
