My 3 year old frenchie has had recurring bouts of vomiting. Few times it was just bad bacteria. Prescribed flagyl and was better. Once was pancreatitis. She’s thrown up again today. 5x. Not lethargic. But we are traveling for husbands job and are 1000 miles away from home. No vets taking new patients that I’ve found. Given her probiotic. And some Pepcid. Is there anything that may help since I can’t get to a vet? Will try and get some flagyl when I fly home but it’ll be 4-6 days before I come back to her.
Could these symptoms be due to the stress of travelling, and a different water supply? If there is a possibility of it being a bout of pancreatitis, there must be some way of seeing an emergency vet.
Pancreatitis is nothing to mess with I would do as others have suggested and get her into a vet ASAP.
