That's because Rubypopy is an AI spammer. "United Statian" is an AI discovered term for American because individual people think that our (and everyone else's) using the term "American" to refer to only people in the US rather than all people in the Americas is arrogant and so it can be found around the internet. AI wanders the internet looking for info/answers and pulls it out of quora and reddit posts and gives it credibility that it never had. Such is the problem with AI - it doesn't know what out there on the internet is of value and what is just silly chat. P.S. Most say United Statians jokingly.
