My Story:

I have always loved dogs and from a very early age I used to approach dogs, with no fear(much to the worry of my parents!) My parents have always owned dogs and my very first dog was a GSD from a rescue centre where I worked. I had the opportunity whilst working there to work alongside a dog trainer/behavior expert which only enhanced my already huge love of the world canines! Since then I have avidly read about dogs and behavior and started a home study course on dog psychology, I hope to start my own business in this field very soon. Many of my friends have told me I have a natural way with dogs and that I should definitely pursue a career in this field! In the past my first dog, my GSD was a handful at first but then became a very well behaved loyal companion, my second dog, Mischa, was a collie/retriever/GSD cross and she did me proud for 13 years and was extremely well behaved and in tune with me. My 2 dogs now have been a bit more of a test, my collie who had a bad start in life and is anxious and nervous with strangers and my American bulldog cross, who also had a bad start in life and displays fearful aggression with other dogs...but we are getting there!
