    Hello everyone!

    Hello! My name is Jessica :) This is my German Shorthaired Pointer, Beretta Jean! She just turned two on July 31st! She was born in Washington state but we are now living in Mississippi!

    Thank you everyone for the welcome :) I love meeting other dog lovers no matter the breed! I also have a Boxer and a Lab mix! I wouldn't trade my 3 for anything.

    Carole, Beagles hold a special place for me too. My boyfriend and I recently found a 10 week old puppy abandoned at walmart with HORRIBLE mange covering her head to toe. We took her in, got a rescue to sponsor her, nursed her back to health and now she's with a beautiful family living how a puppy should :)

    Hello everyone :) I am Jessica. I have 3 dogs who are the joy of my life. I have a 10 year old Lab mix who is my heart dog. She was rescued at 6 weeks old and we've been inseperable ever since. Her name is Keenyah Jean. We also have a 3 year old Boxer named Horatio Denver. He's the clown of the family and always keeps the mood light. He's such a love bug. Then my German Shorthaired Pointer who just turned 2. Her name is Beretta Jean. She's my shadow and I wouldn't trade her for the world. :)

    I love to meet other dog people. My boyfriend and I are big into rescue and have been volunteering for a local rescue, helping with foster and transport and doing what we can to make a difference in a dogs life :) It is very near and dear to our hearts.

    I'm so glad that you were able to do that for the puppy, Jessica. It does make you wonder what kind of person could abandon her like that. It is great that you know the end story, and that she has found a loving home.

    I agree. I don't know how you could just abandon a puppy like that :( I am grateful she is in a good home now though and will get to live how a puppy should :)
