That's right they are different things... The native vulnerable list is for vulnerable breeds in the UK, I am sure as you say breeds outside the UK...
As with all wire haired breeds you will get a variety of coats from the almost smooth with no furnishings to the very rough coat, don't forget...
They are not on the List because they are unhealthy, the breeds that are on our vulnerable list are on it because no one wants them...hence only...

I agree with the above, and it can also be said from the breeders point of view. You have to remember a breeder can only go on what a buyer tells...

I think it's like anything you have to research your breeder.... The lasting feeling I got about the breed was, they can be wilful ( not unlike PWD)...
