I agree with the sable parti-coloured. His head in the photo shows the sable colouring (black tipped brown hairs) and the parti-colouring is obvious.
If no health issue, just remember that puppies can have setbacks, as well as testing us. Stay steady with the training and the puppy will get back...

Good advice above. Also, a visit with the vet to rule out another ingestion or a spinal injury wouldn't hurt.
