Hey guys, So I just got home from the vet with Cujo. He's been doing absolutely fine, the reason for his visit was due to dark patches appearing on his fur. They look just like water marks, as if drops of water have landed on him. We gave him a bath and the dark spots remained. I then found a little scab at the top of his neck where some fur instantly came away. After our visit to the vet she assured me nothing was wrong, simply that the dark spots could be due to his Coat changing and the scab possibly from scratching. She checked for wringworm which came back negative. All other healthchecks were also fine. To be clear, the dark spots of fur are on his hind leg, and the scab was on his neck. The skin under the dark spots is fine. He's a 10 month old Frenchie, He's in great spirits as usual, he's eating and drinking fine and is perfectly happy to be touched. He hasn't been scratching at all. Has anyone else experienced something like this? Should I get a second opinion?
