Met this young Deerhound up a hill today. He's two years old and a bundle of fun. Can't remember his name though but I guess that doesn't matter. I was taking some pictures and the guy said he liked to have his picture taken so I thought why not. My dogs won't leave me alone now though!
He weasnt that big really - just a string bean plus I was crouched down which I think made him appear taller. Mine too.
Nice pictures. He looks so elegant, graceful and regal. Deerhound is one of my favorite breed. They are true gentleman and naturally calm and polite dog. Not at all aggressive and a good-natured companion and enjoys children and loves to meet new people. It's the reason why I love them.
