How to bath and clean bichon frise

so i have a beautiful little bichon frise named Bonnie. she is so fluffy and white, but parts of her including her tear stains and around her mouth are very hard to keep white. when i take her for walks her feet will also get very grubby. she suffers with eczema, and has quite sensitive skin.

my question is how can i keep her fully white and what products would be friendly to her skin?

The same problem to my rehomed 2 yr BF. When I bathed her I've used Shampoo for white dogs. Helped wee bit. I use it on her feet after walk (not perfect but helps slightly)
BUT I've read that you can't use soap/shampoo more than every 3rd day (oils on skin has to recover, ph etc)

Tried baking soda - still not pure white. Next week we are going to groomer. Most brown hair will be cut off. Will see how white she will be.
