LOL!! 6 months more like. It must be a typo.

Gorgeous dog though, scruffy and manic looking, just how I like um'!

That could just as easily be a Poodle cross as a Spinone cross!

Do you think they meant 6 months, not 6 weeks?

Could be all sorts TBH, Spinones are not exactly a common breed so I can't imagine there will be too many crosses of them about.

Could even be something like a Beardie x Poodle.

Looks more like a GWP x perhaps with a spaniel to me. The expression is certainly more GWP like, BONKERS! :)

Oh God no, don't make me look at dogsblog I'll be up all night....

Do you know you'd be surprised how common Spins are these days. The class sizes were often larger than the English Springers when I used to show one!

The class sizes may be larger but for 2011 only 509 Spins were registered with the KC v 12,883 ESS.

So IS are not THAT popular. ;)

I just looked at the statistics....between 300-500 individuals registered each year consistently for the last 10 years.

ESS are a split breed so it's not really comparable. Would you say show ESS are an uncommon breed? I wouldn't. From a showing perspective, which was the only angle I was coming from, IS are a surprisingly popular breed. Certainly not uncommon.

Wash your mouth out!
