In case anyone wondering, it was "thank you, and the four-legged ones."

Marc I am proud of of you.

    You understood what I wrote.

    Juli :)

And if that confuses anyone, which I am sure it will, it just means "Thank you and the four-legged ones".

Never mind Marc - Shana Tova is all you need to understand - Happy New Year to you and your four-legged ones from my little for-legged and from me.

May we have a sweet and happy - and peaceful one. And if you have any apples and some honey, just dip a slice of apple into that honey...

    Juli :)

I will do that Juli, I have some nice organic apples and some honey that a friend harvested.

May peace be with you and your loved ones!

Someday when we can see the similarities in each other as opposed to the differences maybe peace will spread around the planet like a wind blown raging wildfire

    Shana Tova, Juli.

I've no idea what it means so I will accept your interpretation (I just hope you are not winding us up and it is really a swear word :) )

Just to be sure, Happy New Year xx

Thank you Chris and of course I was not winding you up!

"Shana" means Year, and "Tova" means Good. And we say Shana Tova meaning Happy New Year, the same as we say Shabbat Shalom, which literally means Sabbath Peace. Or Chag Sameach on Holy/Holidays whereas it literally means Holiday Happy.

As long as we know and understand, that is all that is important.

The apple and honey that I mentioned to Marc, which I am sure he already knew, is to hope for a sweet and happy year. :)
