    First Yorkie, constipated Help please

Good night I have a 2 months and 3 weeks old yorkie puppy named Lou, it is my first yorkie.
She is eating purina pro plan for puppies as per the breeder. She eats well and has a lot of energy. She weights 2.8 pounds at the moment. She is very happy and plays a lot. However, she is only pooping at night one time. I think she needs to poop more. I already add water to her food so it has a bigger % of liquid, and she drinks a good cuantity of water. Right now I am free feeding because I read that because of the risk of hypoglicemia you should start a schedule until the dog is 3 months -next week for her-. She was dewormed at the beginning of this month -she was having green, mucous and soft stool- the green stool disappeared bur now her stool looks brown and my impression is she is straining a little bit. I am very worried, any recommendations would help me -due to coronavirus it is very difficult in my country for veterinarians to see your dog- thank you so much
