    My Story:
Grew up with dogs (age 2-31) growing up involved multiple moves/schools with few friends (my dogs were my best friends through good and bad thick and thin).

Lady (American Cocker Spaniel) lived 8 years died while I was at school (purportedly as a result of bad reaction to a flea bath a vet gave her even though she didn’t have fleas).

Ranger (Cocker Spaniel Rescue Mix) lived 17 years after we got him (a year after Lady died). He could have lived a couple more years but we put him down because he wasn’t doing so well and wasn’t enjoying his life.

It wasn’t my choice to put him down I was against it but lost the vote 2 to 1.

I went in with him when he was put down as I couldn’t bare to let him die alone feeling abandoned alone afraid. My parents on the other hand couldn’t bare to watch him be put down.

I still have bad feeling for that lady’s vet . She didn’t do a damn thing not even offer comfort or console menu but f-in charged us extra money just because I went in with ranger and stayed with him when she put him down and my patent paid her the extra.

I wouldn’t have I’d have refused even if it meant going to court over it she didn’t do a damn thing to deserve extra money from my staying as comforter for my dog when he was being euthanized. I still hate that vet for her greed and her taking advantage of us charging extra for nothing!
I like gardening (plant nerd), I love music and animals. I prefer animals to people.

I desire to get a dog again but am waiting because of a family holdout who is against it (will get one in near future as the holdout member is 97 years old).

I aspire to own a dog with working potential that would give its life for mine (I would give mine to save its if it ever was necessary in return).

I will be expecting it to be loyal protective and affectionate.

My aspirations are to retrain my future dog to Utility level and or Schutzhund 3 level and if I can find the right trainer to protection train it. I might consider agility training as well.

I am vehemently against spaying and neutering dogs as it is inhuman to lop off healthy body parts just to avoid having puppies BUT if I found a vet willing and capable of performing doggy tubal ligation or vasectomies I’d be willing to sterilize a dog/bitch using those methods instead.

I would demand modification of any anti-breeding contract to allow me to keep my dog unspayed/unneutered if I cannot find a vet capable of doing a vasectomy or tubal ligation and won’t sign anything that requires me to mutilate my dog just to avoid puppies!

I’ve always preferred bigger dogs but desire a dog I could lift if it had a medical emergency so a breed under 100 lbs preferably in the 40-75lbs range. My favourite breeds by looks are German Shepherds, Doberman’s and Rottweilers.

I am currently considering a future Airedale, German Pinscher, Schnauzer, Belgian Malinois, German Shepherd or Berger Picard (Picardie Shepherd) as my top choices.

I will get have pet insurance when I get a dog/puppy (if I’m not mistaken you have to answer questions like what breed it’s for, how old the dog is etc) I don’t need it yet as I don’t own a dog yet.
