My Story:

My wife Terry and I have had Siberians for 15 years now. During that time we have both worked and shown our dogs with considerable success. We have been involved with Siberian Welfare almost from the beginning (our third Siberian was a rescue) and in February 2007 started the Siberian Husky Welfare Association (UK) in order to address the crisis in Husky Welfare we are facing in the UK due to the indiscriminate breeding and sale of Siberians by puppy farmers and backyard breeders.
In my working life, I have been a Youth Worker/Youth Work Manager for the past 34 years and am a psychologist by academic training [B.TEch(Hons).M.A. etc etc] but recently took early retirement so that I can spend more time with Terry and devote more energy to SHWA(UK).
