My Story:

Johnson Pet was founded in 1939 by Clifton and Johnson. The Johnson family moved to Huntington, NY. It was a small house on a two lane road, called Jericho Turnpike in which it all began. The Johnson lived in this house. In 1941, Clifton decided to enclose the front porch of their home and handle a small selection of pets and pet supplies. In the yard was a garage which he finished and started breeding dogs and birds.
