I’ve always loved having my dog around, but over time I noticed how much having him with me helped during stressful and difficult days. His routine also gave me a reason to get up, go outside, and stay active. That’s what made me look into an ESA letter. I learned more about the process through My ESA Therapist and realized that an ESA letter is based on a person’s mental health needs, not simply having a pet. Having my dog around has genuinely made a difference for me. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
