Yes makes a difference also Betty like her much bigger sister Mollie loses and gains as she exercises more or less and when she went into season lost...
What has your size got to do with the dog ? I am 15 stones with a tiny Chihuahua doesn't impact on what dog you own at all, most odd :confused:

But the point is the poster may well have such a small dog we have seen them when looking for puppies earlier in the year, one lady very proudly...
It's very possible the Chihuahua spoken of is 1 1/2lb as Betty is 2lb, but she is well under half the size of all the other Chihuahuas we meet with...
Betty is too small she should be I think 4lb to be shown as a Chihuahua, so 1 1/2lb is far too small IMO. We all love our dogs whether they are...
When we looked for Betty we realised they are not actually runts but they are bred from probably runts originally now they are just the smallest...

Min pins are our second favourite dogs I think as they are very like chis in many ways. Not least those fantastic ears !

Speaking to his owner we compared food quantities his gets 2lb meat a day Betty gets half an ounce of food 3 times a day LOL
Met a beautiful HUGE boy this afternoon think his owner said he was a leonburger - never seen one before but he was lovely so friendly and said hello...
Couple we see have his and hers mobility scooters and are seen daily with their 4 chihuahuas in the front baskets, when they get to the sports field...
