what i would say is check for lines without allergy's as much as u can,whwt are notorious for skin problems...the other thing i would ask about is...

the collie i lost last year was 'dual registered' show and work lines,funny enough his sister did agility too,but did not have the same 'pocket...

actually they are different..in most of the other breeds its not a 'blue' eye its a lack of pigment with sibes it is a blue eye and shades of, like...
