No as said above theyre deliberately bred from small specimens. Dont forget lots of toys like yorkies & chihuahuas have to be certain weight for...
Have to admit its liver and white but perhaps that is because there is more of them about I prefer the black/white myself ;)
At LAST something we agree on :) Seriously though I have no preference, i love them all. Rosie was a red/white, beautiful colour but not a show dog....
