ahh,tis true... i find males really do not mature properly til 3-4 years of age...dogs that are lean as 'youngsters' finally fill out...eventually...
weight of other gsd's is kinda irrelevant.....its how your dog looks and feels.

i would be careful if u are 'buying' this pup as labs and collies suffer hip dysplasia and both should also be eye tested before breeding from :-(
that would make sense to me, in the temp of my breed and sometimes when i look at my boy and take pics i see mali n his head.
