Cant answer for working line as sadie is not, but she is pp trained.... I have no issue with walking her offlead around other dogs/groups of people,...
My insurance states that dogs used for guarding purposes are excluded, nothing about the dog being pp trained :)
Its hard, I dont think there is a definite line between working and show in collies. You obviously have the purely show bred The true working line...
