select deafness is in most breeds but it does sound like she may have hearing trouble ....we are working with pippa who is 6 with hand signals and...
i don't know anything about dallies so can't comment it might be a good idea to speak to your local breed club they would have alot of knowledge...
i would say maltese for sure poodle possibly ? he is lovely whatever he is :)

I think they way they are brought up as well ....well socialised puppies thrive better....my tri colour is lady of the manor LOL ....she says jump...
