If you want to yes. Its possible but not probable the KC have made a mistake and he is registered.
No "Popular Milo" either Im afraid. Which would tie in if the father is not registered, because then the puppies couldnt be.
There is no Kennel Club registered Beagle called "My Pepe" There is a bitch Beagle registered as "Lady Tess" Whether that is your bitches mother...

You said you hadnt got him registered yet. You cannot register him, only his breeder can. You now say he is registered, so Im a little confused....
There is no such thing as a "Beagle-Harrier" breed. There are Harriers which are working dogs and NOT recognised as a kennel club breed, (in the UK)...

He doesnt look all Beagle. Were his parents KC registered?
He just looks like a large crossbreed. Handsome one too! Double dew claws are not breed specific, my Jack Russell had them.

They are a very "primitive" breed. Nice in the right hands, but not a novice choice!
The name is purely because of the dogs he uses. Beardies (working) and Merle collies. They are no better than any other crossbreed of this type....
