Nose colour is wrong from a welsh, we never have flesh coloured unless its a serious fault. Also the head and ear shape is slightly wrong.
No it couldn't Welsh used to be in that colour but now only in RED AND WHITE. Only breed I've seen in lemon and white are cockers.
