You can use that argument on docking, if it does not effect the dog whats the problem.
Well I can only say for my breed, as it is a working breed, no loopholes there, to allow docking....I know most of the top breeders are now leaving...
No MC does not have agate fee, nor do most of the Breed clubs or champ shows, for that matter.. I guess those who want to dock will pay the price...
