if he is registered as a judge.. then I would say he would feature on two registers...... one for judging one for something else..........nuff said

I have no idea why someone would PM you the answer.. but it would seem there is no criteria for NI judges.. no qualifications...
I think they should approach qualified judges.. There are many great all rounders out there who wouldnt find it to difficult to follow the 'NI...
