    yep. i have had whippets like that, the only way to keep them clean was to crate overnight. i have only had this problem with rescue dogs that wernt house trained. when i have had pups which i could train young they were fine. whippets can also suffer badly with separation anxiety, especially rescues which can make them destructive and dirty. best solution take them to bed with you, they love nothing better to snuggle under the duvet with you.
