Hi, I have a 13 year old Male shihtzu, we have been battling yeast on his groin and feet forever. I had him on Brothers Complete chicken kibble for a while and his skin was great but he started getting diarrhea so my vet suggested an easier to digest protein of fish. He is now on Natural Balance sweet potato and fish kibble and he was doing great for a while but now the yeast is flaring up again. I found out potatoes are a big issue for causing yeast. I am having trouble finding a food without potatoes, peas, starches and fruits as these all contribute to yeast. Any suggestions?
