I have today had confirmation from Photobucket confirming that my account has indeed been compromised. I cannot however comment further at this time. This matter has been passed onto the relevant authorities.

Just to re-iterate what has already been said by Alady??, BUA have no secrets, All of the information found in my photobucket account is fully viewable through our website/forum via the picture gallery or BUA health report.

My KC/BVA Approved Eye Specialist is Mr Davidson, you can find his details on the KC/BVA website. Please feel free to contact him and confirm our Eye Certs. The slanderous remarks made concerning the validity of our Eye Certs and one of our specialists have now been passed onto the solicitors.

In light of this I would ask Azz (Assad Hassan) to remove any link which can give access to personal information and remove ALL derogatory remarks made against BUA and Mr Davidson pertaining to Eye Certs whilst this matter is investigated.

    Thankyou

Thats because your meant to be submissive to them ;) anything else is wrong. How dare you question the validity of something, its like you care about the welfare and ethics behind this 'breed'.

It was a very much simple question and on thursday we are off to the eye clinic to get our last two dogs tested for pra/prcd and glaucoma, so i shall be asking about the stamp when their!
I shall also try and scan one of ours on to the computer in a second and upload it to PB to show the stamp - which everyone eye cert should have .... So im led to believe!

I for one do not wish the thread to be closed.

As Alady?? has explained our registration documents where stamped. No dog will now be tested without registration papers and confirmation of microchip number.

The two i saw were not stamped!..and all eye certs should be! - But i will ask on Thursday what it means if a certs is not stamped! :)

Here we go i already had Kiotis on here - I have taken out our address, and phone numbers.. But the rest is there to see..I circled the dreaded stamp in red, as its hard to see..it didnt come out to clear when scanned.

All that stamp is, is proof that it was done by an eye clinic/vet!
    The stamp says ;

    Professoor PGC Bedford FRCVS
    The Royal Veterinary College
then the address and number ... Like i said it just proves who done it....
Then they also put another stamp on the owner resistration certificate.. Signing and dating over the top of it.

100% agree, you would think, at least a breeder would put up proper kennel for their dogs, not makeshift bits of wood, masquerading as kennels.

Maybe someone should not have turned the tap(hot) on if she is now getting burned,

There is absolutely no case for slander...in actual fact, it would be liable, and there isn't a case for that either.

Lets not be ridiculas here Sandra, or who ever else is thinking of it.

You want to pay within the region of £1000 + because someone asked a question ref the validity of some pieces of paper? *Taz, witha look of total incredulity*

I find it quite sad, that when ever some one on here asks a question that some factions aren't happy with, rather than prove them wrong the normal way, by producing evidence to refute their claim, they start crying solicitor.

If someone has indeed hacked into your account, then of course you should deal with that appropriately, but to cry slander which it isn't, because someone questioned something based on having a different experience to you ref the certs being stamped, is frankly laughable.

What would happen in a face to face conversation, would you be demanding a solicitor to be present, incase one of us, had an opinion you didn't like, so you could try to charge us with something, no I doubt it cos that would be silly, and expensive, money I'd say, better spent on your dogs.

Fairly simple really, you go for a test it gets signed and stamped... why would you bother otherwise, :?

Your account hasn't been compromised, let me assure you everything has been ''cached'' by google - it took me seconds to find just to prove the point, I can make the search terms public if you wish along with the link to the cache - but I doubt you want me to do that? If you didn't want your album for all and sundry to see you should have made it private when you opened the account.

This is what it says when I click on the ''cache''

Which means your account was password protected after that date.

If you don't want your photo's in the public domain, I suggest you take it up with Google.

Our REGISTRATION papers were stamped to verify microchip number and dog presented.

The name and chip on the cert matches the name and chip on the registration document WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE.

This is all very interesting, so anyone can go and look in anyone's PB account, unless you password protect it.

:? :? Not that there is anything in mine to worry over, think both Sandra and myself has learnt something here,

And I guess the proof is there two, the date she protected her account after it was viewed by others..

So I guess, Dawn was telling the truth, and ALady needs to apologize s as its in b/w , and maybe she needs to take it up with her best friend for telling her porkies!!!

The difference is the eye cert is ALWAYS stamped! Why cant you get that in???
Like i said il ask on Thursday, just so that i know..what you do i really dont care about.
But i saw the eye certs, with out having to put a password in, i asked a questions and stated what i was LED to beleive...so carry on if you want to get a solicitor involved in this because of that, i can imagine they will find its just as funny as i do...

I thought the link you put up was to show a certificate of proof, but is just to the DVA site:?

The stamp will be a receipt of authenticity from the specialist who carried out the tests, to say he did it/where it was done , and these are the results.

Self protection comes to mind , not much point is filling in a form and not putting your name to it, you never know what you may be accused of down the line.
