Please do not order a Shih Tzu from Butter Cup Minot Pups in Minot ND. It is a puppy scam. They take your money for the puppy and the transportation then the day they ship the puppy they want another $1700 for insurance for shipping (which they never mention upfront). It is a total puppy scam. I just don't want anyone else to get screwed like I was.
I'm so sorry. There are many genuine breeders who are honest. I would always recommend asking the breed club or your national Kennel Club for registered breeders in your area.
