A 30 second advert , they have brought out ‘bluey’ toys which I was surprised to see ( I must be old , of course why wouldn’t they :) )

bluey’s pack of red and blue cattle dogs , and one other different dog there seems to have a French accent? .
Not sure of it’s breed .

speaking of accents , I heard they tried to get them to ditch the Australian accents in the cartoon to make them American or something , they said no ! .
    hey true blue !

Had a chuckle half way through when he says , let’s catch a wild pig , there’s one !

    Mark and Flint .

Nice production video showing a cattle dog trained to indicate big game ‘deer’ in New Zealand.

No actual hunting in vid , shows the great communication relationship between human and dog .

I loved this little film. What a wonderful relationship these two have. I'm a veggie but still appreciate any sport wherich depends on learning to read each other's unspoken language and becoming a team. This lovely boy clearly idolises his Dad. Super 3D cinematography too.

I loved this too Carole , The communication between dog and human.
Some breeds and their humans being very attentive to each others facials communication and signals .
Lots of dogs could do this ancient hunting relationship we have developed .

well i think cattle dogs attentiveness is superb , of course partly my bias , mostly fact . :)

@Queensland blue I wish I could share a post that I saw this week, but unfortunately it was on a closed facebook group. The post originates from Australian Working Dog Rescue and shows an Australian Sheepdog jumping onto a mechanical rodeo bull - and calmly enjoying the ride! When the bull finally stops the AS climbs onto the bulls head and sits in a begging position. Lovely little video but afraid the best I can do is a screen shot.

ps. I seem to have managed to flip the image!

Classic ! Thanks for sharing Carole .
sheepdogs running along sheeps backs is a common thing , not bulls though !
Riding motor bikes and quads , buggy’s also common , the occasional horse too .

I have visited the Australian working dog rescue web site quite a few times also! .
