    Beautiful dogs!

Does anyone know if some breeders breed small? I've met a few that were full grown and around 5-6 pounds. Would love to find a breeder...

I have a 2 year old little crested girl and i am thinking of getting a companion for her.She has been spayed and is friendly to other dogs.I am considering another crested but with so many little dogs needing homes would really like to rescue.Does anyone have a crested living with another small breed who could maybe give me advice on choices,Thankyou.

these really are stunning little dogs, but how easy are they to look after, what i mean is do they get sunburn in summer and how do they cope in winter.

i know this thread is old but thought i would reply anyway.
i have a powderpuff and they are relatively easy to look after, they just need a good brush every day to keep the knots away  as for hairless my breeder has 12! people think they feel the cold more but to be honest hers go out in all weathers and dotn wear coats and the most certainly dont wear jumpers in the house! they are suprisingly warm to the touch and quite hardy little dogs. the lighter skin coloured would do good with a bit of kids suncream on in the summer if they are going to be out in the sun for a while. but its all worth it, i wouldnt say they are a high maintenance breed. lovely dogs, but of course im biased!
