    Digging! It's fun, right?

    Hi all terrier owners and admirers.
    Chloe, westie, has had a mad day today - she sits by the door (outside) then runs to the fence and digs, runs inside to the sofa/skirting/stairs and digs ... WHAT is THAT all about?

    We have only had her a fortnight (4 yr old rescue)....and I know that terriers do love to dig in general, BUT ...

    Do your terriers dig and what are they doing? what do you think that they are trying to tell you? anything? nothing?

    Maybe she is getting settled with us now and a bit more of her personality is coming through but I have not seen her do it before!

    Maybe just spring madness and she not have had theopportunity to dig were she has lived before.
    Just watch the digging by the fence or she will be under it in no time
